Privacy posture

Privacy

The current privacy posture of this static vaginal and vulvar health information website.

Current privacy posture

This website is a publicly available static health-information publication. It does not provide accounts, comments, chat, symptom questionnaires, image uploads, appointment booking, payment, newsletters, or contact forms. It does not ask for or store intimate health answers.

The public build contains no advertising, affiliate tracking, social-media pixels, behavioral profiling, or symptom-data collection. Cloudflare Real User Monitoring is disabled, and the site does not intentionally set tracking cookies.

Information you choose to share elsewhere

Articles may link to external medical, regulatory, laboratory, product, or service websites. Those websites operate under their own privacy notices, security practices, data-retention rules, and legal obligations. A reference link does not mean that this website controls or guarantees the third party’s privacy practices.

Do not send personal medical information to an external company until you have reviewed its current privacy terms, data-use practices, laboratory arrangements, deletion options, and any limits on health-information protections.

Hosting and technical logs

This public edition is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, and security events under its own service terms. Vaginal Itch does not operate a separate analytics system and does not receive a symptom profile, account record, or form submission from this static site.

Future analytics or commercial services

Advertising, affiliate links, telehealth referrals, test-provider integrations, and other commercial services are not active in the current build. They may not be added silently. Before activation, the project must document the provider, purpose, data collected, legal basis where applicable, retention, access controls, user choices, and changes required to this notice.

Sensitive health information

The project policy is not to collect or store intimate symptom answers in the current static site. Any later proposal to collect health information, photographs, test results, or user accounts requires a separate product, privacy, legal, and security decision before implementation.

Children

The current website is general information and is not designed to collect information from children. Because it contains no forms or accounts, it does not intentionally collect a child’s personal information. A future interactive service would require a separate age, consent, privacy, and safety assessment.

Changes to this notice

This notice describes the current public static website. It will be revised whenever the project activates communication features, accounts, commercial services, analytics, or data collection that changes the actual privacy position.

Questions or requests

The website does not currently collect contact submissions. A dedicated public privacy and corrections channel will be added before any interactive, account-based, commercial, or health-data service is activated.
